THE NATIONAL CHRYSANTHEMUM SOCIETY : (The 1990 Early Bi - Centenary Show held for the first time at the Stafford County Showground, Staffordshire, in Great Britain).We film the exhibitors as they arrive at the showground to set up their exhibits through the night. We talk with them to share their experiences on cultivation during the year and how they got on travelling to the show, we also see them dressing their blooms ready to show.

After filming the exhibitors through the night we then film the judging taking place the next morning. If you have never witnessed this spectacle before it can be quite revealing to see just what those vases are put through in order to find the very best the show has to offer. Once the judging is complete and all the best vases have been selected and placed together in the place of honour, then the doors are open to the public.
